A good affordable bath tub/shower faucet will start around $80 at home depot, a mid range one will cost about $300 and a high end set up can run in the thousands.
Utility: You can get a solid cast brass faucet for about $40 at home depot, which is probably about the best you can get for the price, and a 20 gallon utility sink will cost $48 at home depot.
Showers: A shower faucet will start around $50 and a high end unit will run over $1500. A shower basin will run between $200 and $600.

Water heaters: Point of use water heaters will run about $180 for a 2.5 gallon unit and around $300 for a 4 gallon unit. A 30 gallon electric water heater will cost about $300 and a 50 gallon electric water heater will run about $450. A 29 gallon gas water heater will cost about $400 and a 50 gallon gas water heater will cost about $600.
As you can see there is a lot of variance in pricing, so your best bet may be to find the fixtures you like, then assume the installation cost will stay constant.
