Here are some additional price ranges for plumbing fixtures:

Bathroom Faucets: You can get a no frills Swanstone bathroom faucet from home depot for about $30, a nice looking mid range Moen for about $150 or a high end Hamat for $500
Bathroom sinks: A cheap pedestal and basin combo will run about $120 at home depot. A mid range Kohler pedestal sink combo will run around $500 at home depot. A high end unit can go well beyond $1,000. An undermount bathroom sink by American Standard can be found at Home Depot for $100 and a mid range TOTO undermount will cost around $250. A high end (gaudy) undermount sink from Kohler can run $800.
Kitchen Faucets: you can get a low end Glacier Bay kitchen faucet from home depot for about $40, a mid range faucet for around $225 and a high end Herbeau for $1200
Kitchen Sinks: A low price stainless steel 2 bowl top mount sink will start at around $100 and a high end undermount will run up to $1,000. A good looking undermount stainless steel sink from a reputable brand can be had for around $200.
Bath tubs: A low end plastic bathtub is available at home depot for $180. A mid range Kohler tub can be bought for around $500. A high end Duravit tub will run over $2,000. A good affordable bath tub/shower faucet will start around $80 at home depot, a mid range one will cost about $300 and a high end set up can run in the thousands.
Utility: You can get a solid cast brass faucet for about $40 at home depot, which is probably about the best you can get for the price, and a 20 gallon utility sink will cost $48 at home depot.
Showers: A shower faucet will start around $50 and a high end unit will run over $1500. A shower basin will run between $200 and $600.
Toilets: A low end cheap toilet can be found at home depot for around $150. A mid range toilet can be bought at home depot for about $550. A high end TOTO or Kohler will cost over $1500.
Water heaters: Point of use water heaters will run about $180 for a 2.5 gallon unit and around $300 for a 4 gallon unit. A 30 gallon electric water heater will cost about $300 and a 50 gallon electric water heater will run about $450. A 29 gallon gas water heater will cost about $400 and a 50 gallon gas water heater will cost about $600.
As you can see there is a lot of variance in pricing, so your best bet may be to find the fixtures you like, then assume the installation cost will stay constant.
